Applying
Semester One
Applications to commence an undergraduate course in Semester One generally need to be submitted to the Tertiary Institutions Service Centre (TISC), however this can depend on the specific entry pathway used.
You should apply through TISC if you:
- Are applying for an undergraduate course or University Preparation Course (UPC); or
- Are seeking entry to either an undergraduate course or the UPC via our Portfolio Pathway
And you:
- Have never previously been enrolled at ECU; and
- Are an Australian or New Zealand citizen or have been approved or granted permanent resident status
Please note:
- Portfolio Pathway applicants
While your application for entry via the Portfolio Pathway is submitted through TISC, you need to submit your supporting Portfolio of documents directly to ECU. - If you deferred your offer of place and now want to commence your course with us
If you were offered a place at ECU within the last 6 - 12 months but deferred the offer, we will contact you to confirm your intention to commence your course. - Prospective permanent residents
If you are a prospective permanent resident you are are not eligible to apply through TISC until permanent residence status has been approved or granted. Until your permanent residency status is granted, you are considered an international student - WAAPA Applicants
Applicants for courses at WAAPA should contact us to confirm whether a TISC application is required.
Semester two
Applications to commence an undergraduate course or University Preparation Course (including applicants seeking entry via our Portfolio Pathway) in Semester Two can be made through our eAdmissions system.
Please note:
Not all ECU courses are available for mid year commencement, please refer to the mid year entry page for information on course availability.
